Communication is essential.  We need to understand your company's situation, needs and objectives in order to serve you to the best of our abilities.  The first step, then, is to find out what it is you want and expect.  We're happy to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement if you feel it necessary.

Once we have a clear understanding of your desires and are comfortable that we can satisfy them, we will advise you as to costs and timeframes and come to an agreement.  We will ask that you place a deposit with us at that time.  In most circumstances, PayPal has served us well, as they provide a means of accepting credit cards or electronic check without sacrificing your privacy.  We can provide a bill via email, along with easy instructions on how to make the payment.  Once that is received, we will work within the timetable agreed upon, and maintain contact during the writing process.

At the completion of each stage, or when the entire project is done, if it is not overly extensive,) we will present you with a sample of the completed text. Since writing is a creative service, an intellectual intangible property, we will have to receive full payment before the complete copy is delivered.  Once you receive the complete copy, we are able to work with you on any revisions which may be in order.

As a work for hire, you own copyright to the writing.  Confidential information is always kept confidential.  We may request authorization to use selections from your project as a sample or ask you for a reference, but we will never disclose any information without your permission.
